2. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of merchandising items through the website store, as well as the reservation deposit for events organised under the African Desert brand. A reservation deposit is an advance payment towards the full event registration; it does not replace the registration form, which must be completed separately.

3. Prices and Taxes

Prices shown in the store and for reservations include applicable VAT/taxes. Desert Adventure S.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed and paid.

4. Payment Method

Payment is processed through the secure Redsys gateway, by card (Visa, Mastercard) or Bizum. Desert Adventure S.L. never stores the buyer's card details; the transaction is processed directly between the buyer and the bank.

5. Delivery

Merchandising items will be delivered by the method agreed for each order: postal shipping to the address provided by the buyer, or hand delivery at one of the African Desert events, as indicated in the order confirmation. The delivery time will be communicated together with that confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users):

• Merchandising items: the buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to withdraw from the purchase without justification, unless the product has been personalised or was sealed and opened for hygiene reasons.
• Reservation deposits: as leisure services linked to a specific date or period of performance (the reserved event), these are excluded from the right of withdrawal under article 103.l) of the aforementioned Decree. Cancellation and refund conditions for these reservations are those specifically stated for each event (see rules).

To exercise the right of withdrawal on merchandising items, the buyer must notify info@desert340.com within the stated period, indicating the order and reason. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Warranty and Complaints

Items sold carry the legal warranty established under current consumer regulations. Any incident, defect or complaint can be reported to info@desert340.com, stating the order number and a description of the issue.

8. Data Protection

Data provided during the purchase process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Roquetas de Mar (Almería), without prejudice to any rights the buyer may have as a consumer in their place of residence. EU consumers may access the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
